We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in February 2020, we’ve been driven by the same ideas: support, empowerment, and progress. MISSION
Our mission here at Kindness4All is to make the world a kinder place through the involvement of youth volunteers in various "Kindness Projects" while helping improve the mental health and well-being of people in the world!

Pranavi Reddi
Co-Founder & CEO
Experienced, trustworthy, fun. These are just a few of the ways coworkers describe this invaluable member of our team. Pranavi Reddi is truly a joy to be around and makes it a pleasure to come to work every single day. She is a kindness enthusiast and believes in the power of compassion. In her free time, Pranavi loves to volunteer, sing, and do archery. She is also always looking to make the world a kinder place!!
Shreelakshya Reddi
Co-Founder & CTO
Shreelakshya Reddi is currently a high school freshman. Some words to describe her include kind, compassionate, and creative. Her hobbies include playing the violin, reading, and volunteering. She is very passionate about spreading kindness throughout her community, as well as volunteering to make the world a better place.
